Shadow Program

Overview

At Skin Bar and Studio, we believe great aesthetic providers aren’t just trained—they’re mentored. Our shadowing program is designed for those who’ve completed foundational training and are ready to gain real-world insights by observing our expert providers in action.

Join us at one of our Chicagoland partner medspa locations for a 4-hour, once-weekly shadowing session. You’ll experience the flow of a working aesthetic studio, witness consultations and treatments, and see how our team delivers exceptional client care.

Once enrolled, you’ll receive an email outlining program expectations, guidelines, and next steps.

Pricing

$600 per 4-hour session

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We know life can be unpredictable. Here's how we handle schedule changes with fairness and flexibility:

• 14+ Days Notice
  Cancel at least two weeks in advance and receive a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee (we’re charged this when you book, and unfortunately, it’s non-refundable to us too).
• 7–13 Days Notice
  Get a 50% refund or apply the full amount as a credit toward a future shadowing session.
• Less than 7 Days
  Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled session aren’t eligible for a refund or credit, as preparations are already in motion to welcome you.

No-Show Policy

If you don’t attend your scheduled session without notice, we’re unable to provide a refund or credit. Your spot was reserved just for you.

Need to Reschedule?

‍We’re happy to accommodate changes. Just let us know at least 7 days in advance to transfer your payment to a future session.
