Yes, you can roll over any unused membership benefits for one month every 6 months, ensuring you don’t lose out on any benefits. Contact us to let us know if you would like to roll over your unused monthly credits or services.
Our memberships have a minimum commitment of 6 months because we truly believe you will need 6 months of medical spa services before you see a difference in your skin and overall wellness.
You’re free to cancel your membership anytime after completing the initial 6-month commitment, with 30 days' notice. Please note that all sales are final - we are unable to offer any refunds for membership.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and intended for individual use only. However, we do allow you to gift a monthly pass to a friend or family member up to two times during your 6-month membership commitment and up to four times during your 12-month membership commitment. This would be in lieu of you personally using the benefit.
Booking services is easy! Simply call us or use our online booking system, which will recognize you as a member. Your member benefits will automatically be applied.

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time to access additional benefits or services. Just speak with one of our team members, and they’ll assist you in adjusting your membership tier.
