Cancellation & No Show Policy

To Our Valued Guests:
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Skin Bar and Studio. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. We respect your time as a valued guest, and we kindly ask that you respect ours.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the $100 cancellation fee.
No Show Policy:
If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service price you were booked for. For injectable services, there is a flat $300 no show charge.
Refund Policy:
The service provider works with each patient to discuss treatment options and objectives and thoroughly review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded.
However, to ensure our patients always receive the greatest experience, credits can be applied to any other service for which the patient is clinically eligible as determined by the provider of services. Cash Equivalents are not transferable.
For Skin Care Products, all sales are final. However, should the patient have a reaction to one of the skin products, it can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
All injectable treatment sales (Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Perlane, Sculptra, Versa, etc.) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
